A worldwide income disclosure can be undertaken using The Worldwide Disclosure Facility (WDF), which allows individuals with undisclosed income, gains and assets to settle their tax affairs. It can be utilised by an individual who has to settle a UK tax liability relating to a income or income relating to wholly or partly held offshore.

The Worldwide Disclosure Facility (WDF) allows individuals with undisclosed income, gains and assets to settle their tax affairs. It can be utilised by an individual who has to settle a UK tax liability relating to a income or income relating to wholly or partly held offshore. For example the income or gains could relate from income arising from a source outside the UK, or an asset situated outside the UK.
This disclosure, unlike the Let Property Campaign does not offer reduced penalties or favourable terms. This facility became available from September 2016. Read our blog regarding the worldwide Disclosure here.
